• Application notes: WB: Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Lymph Node, Spleen and Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 45.3kDa according to NP_002155.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat . IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Placenta. Recommended concentration: 4-6µg/ml.
