Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  In xenograft models, mice were orally administered ARV-393 (3, 10, 30 mg/kg; once daily; for 23 days) to evaluate its in vivo antitumor activity in lymphoma. ARV-393 significantly inhibited tumor growth.
• In Vitro:
  ARV-393 demonstrated potent activity in multiple diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and Burkitt lymphoma (BL) cell lines, with both DC₅₀ and GI₅₀ values < 1 nM .
