Western Blot using anti-IL18 antibody 125-2H. HeLa cell lysate samples (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a 15% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the r-chimeric version of 125-2H (orb1672204) at 2 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rondary antibody. Protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected running size for IL18 is 22.3kDa. orb1672204 successfully detected IL18 in HeLa cell lysate samples.
