• Storage: Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. • Application notes: This purified antibody has been tested for use in western blotting. Reactivity is also expected in ELISA, neutralizations, radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry. The endotoxin content is estimated to be < 10 pg/µl by the LAL method. By western blot a band approximately 15.0 kDa in size corresponding to human IL17-F protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
