• Application notes: This purified antibody has been tested for use in western blotting and is suitable in ELISA. By western blot a band approximately 30.3 kDa in size corresponding to human IL17-A protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
