Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rat IgG, anti-Rat IgG F(ab’)2 and anti-Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Rat IgG F(c) or anti-Papain. | |
