• Purity: MEK1 pS218-pS222 is a recombinant protein containing a polyhistidine tag expressed in Sf9. This protein is expressed in the presence of constitutively active B-raf (V600E) leading to high levels of phosphorylation of MEK1 activation residues at position S218 and S222. Analysis by SDS-PAGE resulted in a pattern consistent with purified MEK1 and was estimated to be greater than 90% pure.
