The Human VEGF Quick ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of natural and recombinant Human VEGFA in cell culture supernatants, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA, citrate). The kit has a detection range of 31.2 pg/ml - 2,000 pg/ml (human serum, plasma), 15.6 pg/ml - 1,000 pg/ml (cell culture supernates) and a sensitivity of <1 pg/ml. The standard protein is expressed in NS0, and the immunogen corresponds to the A27-R191 sequence of Human VEGF.
