The Human IL-33 ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of natural and recombinant human IL-33 in cell culture supernatants, serum, plasma (heparin, EDTA) and cell lysates. The kit has a detection range of 15.6 pg/ml - 1,000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <10 pg/ml. The standard protein is expressed in E.coli, and the immunogen corresponds to the S112-T270 sequence of Human IL-33.
