• Storage: Store HDAC Assay Buffer at -20° C or colder prior to opening. Aliquot and re-freeze for best results. Some salts may precipitate out of solution at lower temperature. Allow buffer to equilibrate to room temperature (18° to 26° C) to restore solubility of some salts.

• Application notes: This product is a 10X concentrated stock solution. Prepare a 1X working solution by diluting 1 part 10X concentrate with 9 parts distilled-deionized water or equivalent. Diluted (1X) HDAC Assay buffer consists of 25 mM Tris Cl, 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl and 1.0 mM MgCl2 at pH 8.0.
