Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Guinea Pig IgG, Guinea Pig IgG F(c) and Guinea Pig Serum. No reaction was observed against Guinea Pig IgG F(ab).

• Application notes: Anti-Guinea Pig IgG F(c) Peroxidase Conjugated Antibody has been tested by ELISA. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Guinea Pig IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:4,000 to 1:20,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

ELISA Results of Purified Goat Anti-Guinea Pig IgG F(c) Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated tested against purified Guinea Pig IgG F(c). Each well was coated in duplicate with 10 µg of Guinea Pig IgG F(c) (p/n orb346135). The working dilution of Guinea Pig IgG F(c) HRP is 1:31000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using 3% Fish Gel/PBS Blocking buffer, Guinea Pig IgG F(c) HRP conjugated and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
