• Application notes: ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.WB: Approx 80kDa band observed in rat brain lysates (calculated MW of 82.6kDa according to NP_476558.1 (rat)). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/ml. An additonal band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 28kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
