• Application notes: Application Info: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot: Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Ovary lysates (calculated MW of 38.8kDa according to NP_075555.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 30kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.IHC: In paraffin embedded Ovary shows nuclear staining in select cells. Recommended concentration, 2-4ug/ml.
