Application notesELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.IHC: Cryo-sectioned Mouse Brain (Hippocampus) shows staining in the granular layer of the dentate gyrus. Recommended concentration, 2-3ug/ml. Data obtained from anonymous customer.WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 65-70kDa band in Human Heart and Thyroid lysates after 0.05 μg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 30.5kDa according to NP_NP_000784.2 and of 34.6kDa according to NP_001007024.1. The 65-70kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported
Expiration Date12 months from date of receipt.
