IHC testing of FFPE human ovarian carcinoma and GnRHR antibody (clone LCHR37). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH9, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
