• Application Notes:
  This product is a 1X concentrated stock solution. No dilution is required. This buffer consists of 50 mM Glucose, 10 mM EDTA, and 25 mM TRIS Cl at a pH of 8.0. Meticulously prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in pharmaceutical grade deionized water.

Key Properties

• Purity: This product was aseptically filtered through a Millipore 0.22 micron filter into clean, pre-sterilized containers. The product was tested on trypticase soy agar for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours and was found to be negative for bacteria.
