Immunofluorescence staining of fixed HepG2 cells with anti-Human Glucagon Receptor antibody hGR-2 F6. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HepG2 cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips- permewith 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric mouse IgG1 version of hGR-2 F6 (orb1672014) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml)- showing punctate membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom orb1672014- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an unknown specificity antibody (.1) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
