Western blot testing of human MCF-7 lysate with Estrogen Receptor alpha antibody (clone NR3Ga-2). Expected molecular weight ~67 kDa.
IHC testing of human breast carcinoma stained with ER alpha antibody (clone NR3Ga-2). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in pH9 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
