All lanes: Anti-ENOG at 1:1000 dilution. Lane 1: Jurkat whole cell lysate. Lane 2: CEM whole cell lysate. Lane 3: U-251 MG whole cell lysate.Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-mouse IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 47 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

ENOG Antibody immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human pancreas tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of ENOG Antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human pancreas section using Pink1. diluted at 1:2000 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the Secondary followed by DAB staining.
