• Application Notes:
  Purified Lambda phage DNA is in a solution in 10 mM Tris-Cl and 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0. This product may be used for to perform activity assays for restriction enzymes, the preparation of DNA molecular weight standards, and other cloning procedures.

• Purity: DNA Lambda Phage is purified by CsCl centrifugation to an A260/A280 ≥1.8, and is homogeneous in agarose gel electrophoresis. The DNA solution is in 10 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0 with 1 mM EDTA.
