Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  METHODS: C57Bl6 mice were injected with DLinKC2-DMA-formulated LNP siRNA (5 mg/kg, tail vein injection) vi the tail vein to stud the in vivo gene silencing properties of DLinKC2-DMA-formulated LNP siRNA. Results DLinKC2-DMA effectively silenced target genes in APcs in vivo
• In Vitro:
  METHODS: Macrophages (MΦ) and dendritic cells (DC) were treated with DLinKC2-DMA (1, μg/ml) to observ the effect of DLinKC2-DMA on siRNA-mediated gene silencing. GAPDH and control α-tubulin expression were evaluated using Western blot analysis and flow cytometry. Results At a dose level of μg/ml, LNPs containing DLinKC2-DMA were agai the most effective gene silencing agents.
