DAO catalyzes resin amine to produce aldehyde and hydrogen peroxide, which is then used by horseradish peroxidase to oxidize o-anisamine. This creates colored substances with a characteristic absorption peak at 460 nm.

  DAO catalyzed resin amine to produce aldehyde and hydrogen peroxide, and add excessive horseradish peroxidase exogenous to catalyze hydrogen peroxide to oxidize o-anisamine to produce colored substances which has a characteristic absorption peak at 460 nm. DAO activity is calculated by measuring the absorbance increase rate of this wavelength. It can test samples of tissue, cells, bacteria, plants and serum (plasma).

• Storage: Storage at 4°C and Keep from light immediately upon receipt. Kit has a storage time of 6 months from receipt. Refer to list of materials supplied for storage conditions of individual components.
