Nuclear proteins and cytoplasmic proteins were extracted from mouse heart, kidney, lung and liver tissues (100mg). BCA protein Assay kit was used to quantify isolated nuclear and cytoplasmic proteins.

Nuclear proteins (NE) and cytoplasmic proteins (CE) were extracted from mouse heart, kidney, lung and liver tissues. Proteins were used to perform WB for GAPDH and PCNA expressed in cytoplasm and in nuclei.
