Micro Myeloperoxidase (MPO) Activity Assay Kit can be used to detect MPO activity in biological samples, including animal tissue, cells, plasma, serum, and other liquid samples. In this kit, MPO catalyzes the decomposition of H₂O₂ while oxidizing o-dianisidine to produce a colored product. The reaction product has a characteristic absorbance peak at 460 nm, and the color intensity is directly proportional to MPO activity.
