• Application Notes:
  The buffer is ready to use for all types of human or animal cells. Lysed cells can be used for Western Blot, co-Immunoprecipitation, Chromatin IP (ChIP), enzyme activity assays, and various other cell based assays.

Key Properties

• Purity: This product was aseptically filtered through a Millipore 0.22 micron filter into clean, pre-sterilized containers. The product was tested on trypticase soy agar for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours and was found to be negative for bacteria.

Storage & Handling

• Storage: Store cell lysis buffer at -20° C prior to opening. Buffer is stable for up to 2 years stored at -20°C. It is recommended to aliquot and freeze buffer for extended usage. Store thawed buffer at 2-8°C for no longer than 2 weeks.
