Western Blot using anti-CD74 antibody LL1 (EPB1) (Human spleen(A) (0.01 ug/ml) and human tonsil(B) (0.05 ug/ml) tissue lysates (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rsion of LL1 (EPB1) (orb1671568) before detection using an anti-rondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.

Immunofluorescence staining of Daudi cells with anti-CD74 (LL1 (EPB1)). Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Daudi cells on Shi-fix™ cover-slips stained with the chimeric r version of LL1 (EPB1) (orb1671568) (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution)- showing membrane and cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom orb1671568- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (3.0) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
