4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed THP-1 (H) cell, Triton X-100 at r.t. for 20 min, Antibody incubation with (CD68) monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (orb1183943) 1:100, 90 min at 37°C, followed by conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (green) at 37°C for 90 min, DAPI (blue) was used to stain the cell nuclei.

Primary Antibody (green line): Rabbit Anti-CD68 antibody (orb1183943), Dilution: 1 ug/Test, Secondary Antibody (white blue line): Goat anti-rabbit IgG-AF488, Dilution: 0.5 ug/Test.
