Separation of HT-29 cells stained using anti-human CD324 (67A4) FITC antibody (20 μl reagent per million cells in 100 μl of cell suspension, red-filled) from HT-29 cells stained using mouse IgG1 isotype control (MOPC-21) FITC antibody (concentration in sample 10 μg/ml, same as CD324 FITC concentration, black-dashed) in flow cytometry analysis (surface staining) of HT-29 cell suspension.
