Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (EDTA Free) is a liquid, colorless, transparent solution supplied as a 100X concentrate. It contains AEBSF, aprotinin, bestatin, E-64, leupeptin, and pepstatin A stabilized in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). It is recommended for use after a 100-fold dilution in lysis buffer. (10 µL of the Protease Inhibitor Cocktail solution is enough to inhibit degradation of proteins in 1 mL of lysate.)

• Storage: Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.. Shipped in room temperature.
