BrdU treated (10uM for 24 hours) Hela cells, 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed MCF-7 (H) cell, 2M HCL at r.t. for 20 min, Antibody incubation with (BrdU) monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (orb10207) 1:100, 90 min at 37°C, followed by conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG antibody (green) at 37°C for 90 min, DAPI (blue) was used to stain the cell nuclei.
