• Application Notes:
  This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of biotinylated IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ONPG as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:100 to 1:3,000 is suggested for this product.

Key Properties

• Purity: This product was prepared from electrophoretically pure Streptavidin. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-beta galactosidase (E.coli) and anti-Streptavidin. No reaction was observed against anti-Avidin.
• Conjugation: BGAL
