Western blot analysis of ARHGDIA Antibody in A375 (lane 1), HL-60 (lane 2), Ramos (lane 3) cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)
Western blot analysis of ARHGDIA using rabbit polyclonal ARHGDIA Antibody using 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the ARHGDIA gene.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with ARHGDIA Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
Flow cytometry analysis of HL-60 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
