Description

Mouse monoclonal antibody to CD50 which is also known as ICAM-3, is belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, binds the leukocyte integrins LFA-1 and alphad/beta2. ICAM-3 is expressed on leukocytes and epidermal Langerhans cells. It can play a role in developing functionally mature T lymphocytes and its expression increases during the maturation process of T lymphocytes.
