Cyno FRα HEK293 cells were stained with Anti-FOLR1 / FRA Reference Antibody (farletuzumab) and negative control protein respectively; washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS; EC636=0.326 μg/mL.

The endocytosis ratio farletuzumab by Human Frα HEK 293 increased with the increase of antibody concentration; and the Internalization Rate (%) reached 75% at antibody concentration of 55 ng/mL.
