Western blotting analysis of human clusterin using mouse monoclonal antibody Hs-3 on lysates of MCF-7 cell line and MOLT-4 cell line (clusterin non-expressing cell line; negative control) under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with 2 µg/ml of mouse anti-clusterin monoclonal antibody followed by IRDye800-conjugated anti-mouse secondary antibody. Clusterin was detected around 40 kDa.
