Binding curve of 15E8 and YTH 913.12 to CD28. ELISA Plate coated with Recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus Macaque CD28 Fc, CF (R&D systems) at a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 3000 to 0.0169 ng/ml was performed. For detection, HRP-labelled goat anti-rabbit antibody was used.
