Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-CD2 on Expi293 cells transfected with human CD2 (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram).

Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CD2 mAb (orb1743125). (A) orb1743125 does not bind to 293T cells that do not express CD2. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1743125 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD2-expressing Jurkat cells, indicating strong binding of orb1743125 to CD2. Antibodies were incubated at 10 μg/mL.
