Structurally, CA19-9 is a tetrasaccharide attached to O-glycans of transmembrane proteins with glycosylated extracellular oligosaccharide chains. The antibody is produced exclusively under serum-free conditions from hybridoma and purified through one-step purification with Protein-G affinity chromatography.
