Western Blot analysis of ALL BSA-Alginate Conjugate showing detection of ~250 kDa Alginate protein using Mouse Anti-Alginate Monoclonal Antibody, Clone 3G4-1F5. Lane 1: MW ladder. Lane 2: 0.625ug BSA:Alginate. Load: 0.625 μg. Block: 5% milk + TBST for 1 hour at RT. Primary Antibody: Mouse Anti-Alginate Monoclonal Antibody at 1:500 for 1 hour at RT. Secondary Antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Mouse at 1:100 for 1 hour at RT. Color Development: TMB solution for 2 min at RT. Predicted/Observed Size: ~250 kDa.
