Ac-DNLD-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate specific for caspase-3. Upon cleavage, it releases the fluorescent AMC molecule, enabling the quantification of caspase-3 activity in both in vitro biochemical assays and cellular models of apoptosis, with excitation/emission at ~350/450 nm.
