ClearBand PBST enables washing without disturbing antibody- antigen binding interactions. ClearBand PBST does not contain calcium and magnesium.ClearBand 10x PBST should be diluted to 1x working solution. 1x formulation contains 0.05% Tween 20. ClearBand 10x PBST is prepared with ultra pure water, filter sterilized and autoclaved.
