Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ATF1. The protein belongs to the bZIP family. ATF subfamily, is localized in the nucleus. ATF1 is shown to play a key role in the induction of NOX1, mediates PKA-induced stimulation of CRE-reporter genes. Defects in ATF1 may be a cause of angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma (AFH).
