PurificationAlkaline Phosphatase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins.
ImmunogenGoat IgG - whole molecule
Tested applicationsELISA, IHC, WB
Application notesAlkaline Phosphatase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG . is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended dilutions are as follows, ELISA 1:1,000 - 1:4,000, Western Blot 1:500 - 1:2,000, Immunohistochemistry 1:200 - 1:1,000. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user).
