Immunofluorescence staining of fixed HeLa cells with anti-EGFR domain III antibody h-R3 (Nimotuzum723). Immunofluorescence analysis of unpermearaformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips stained with the chimeric rsion of h-R3 (orb1671894) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/ml)- showing membrane staining.
