ELISA results of Goat Anti-Chicken IgG Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated tested against purified Chicken IgG protein. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Chicken IgG (p/n orb2652774). The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. The titer is 1:97900. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using 3% fish gelatin as blocking buffer and TMB substrate p/n orb348651.

Western Blot of Goat Anti-Chicken IgG Peroxidase Conjugated Antibody. Lane 1: Opal Prestained Molecular Weight Ladder. Lane 2: RFP (p/n orb345960) [0.5 µg]. Lane 3: RFP (p/n orb345960) [0.1 µg]. Lane 4: HEK293T whole cell lysate spiked RFP [10 µg + 0.1 µg]. Primary Antibody: Rabbit Anti-RFP (p/n orb345391) at 1.0 µg/ml o/n at 4°C. Secondary Antibody: Goat Anti-Chicken IgG HRP (p/n orb346890) at 1:40000 for 30 mins at RT. Blocking: Universal BlockOut Buffer (p/n orb348644) for 30 mins at RT. Predicted MW: ~27kDa.
