CategoryAntibodies
DescriptionMouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to PE which recognizes HLA-DR that belongs to the MHC class II family. It localized in endoplasmic reticulum membrane, golgi apparatus. It binds peptides derived from antigens that access the endocytic route of antigen presenting cells (APC). HLA-DR is a heterodimeric transmembrane protein composed of alpha and beta subunits and plays an important role in the presentation of peptides to CD4+ T lymphocytes.

Anti-HLA-DR PE

Flow cytometry multicolor surface staining pattern of human lymphocytes using anti-human CD3 (UCHT1) APC antibody (10 µl reagent / 100 µl of peripheral whole blood) and anti-human HLA-DR (L243) PE antibody (10 µl reagent / 100 µl of peripheral whole blood).

Anti-HLA-DR PE

Separation of human CD3 negative HLA-DR positive lymphocytes (red-filled) from neutrophil granulocytes (black-dashed) in flow cytometry analysis (surface staining) of human peripheral whole blood stained using anti-human HLA-DR (L243) PE antibody (10 µl reagent / 100 µl of peripheral whole blood).
