Application notes | Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): Standard ABC technique (DAB+), recommended dilution: 10 μg/ml (1:100), positive tissue: tonsil. Pretreatment: 0.1% pepsin in 0.1 M HCl for 30 min at room temperature or Target Retrieval Solution - High pH. The antibody DE-K13 reacts exclusively with Cytokeratin 13. Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): Use at an assay dependent dilution. Western blotting: recommended dilution: 1-3 μg/ml. |
