Western blot analysis of Ufc1 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal Ufc1 Antibody (C-term). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the Ufc1 gene.
Ufc1 Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Ufc1 Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human bladder carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of Ufc1 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Ufc1 Antibody (C-term) western blot analysis in mouse kidney tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the Ufc1 antibody detected the Ufc1 protein (arrow).
