SKLB 1028 (Ruserontinib) is an oral multikinase inhibitor targeting EGFR, FLT3, and Abl kinases. It demonstrates potent efficacy in FLT3-driven acute myeloid leukemia (AML) models in vitro and in vivo, and shows significant activity against chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) models harboring Abl mutations.
