Recombinant Human BRD3 Protein, N-His-SUMO is produced in E. coli and supplied in lyophilized form. The protein includes the regions of Lys35-Gln139 and carries the N-His-SUMO tag. With a molecular weight of 24.93 kDa, it is suitable for ELISA, SDS-PAGE and WB applications. This product is lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1mM EDTA, 4% trehalose, 1% mannitol and has a purity of greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
